...is to collect, store, research, restore, exhibit and popularise material and spiritual cultural values pertaining to the history of banking and money.

We aim to introduce visitors to the origins and evolution of money and banking in the world, Lithuanian currencies and banking developments throughout the years as well as help the general public better understand the objectives and functions of the Bank of Lithuania as the central bank of the Republic of Lithuania.
